Contents – 事業内容
多岐にわたるプロジェクト、イベントのデザイン＆プランニング、そして、プロダクト制作。また、それらにまつわる販売事業、産業支援、店舗展開、スポーツ事業、文化活動、建築、教育事業、研究機関運営、健康・ウェルネス事業、国際発展、テクノロジー事業などの多分野にわたる事業展開、および管理をしています。また、それぞれのパトロン、サポーター、パートナーシップなど手を取り合っています。いわゆる、『何でも屋』であり、KASUYA TAIZO の想いの実現をする会社です。
We design and build across many worlds—projects, events, products, and experiences. Our work spans creation, production, sales, industry support, retail development, sports, culture, architecture, education, research, health & wellness, international initiatives, and emerging technologies. We collaborate with patrons, supporters, and partners who walk this vision with us.
In simple terms, we are “a company that can do anything”— but in truth, we are a company that brings Taizo Kasuya’s intention to life.
Producer Statement – プロデューサーとしての想い
伝えたいメッセージがあるから、実現したい想いがあるから、わざわざ周りを巻き込んで、ザワつかせたくなってしまうんです。迷惑をおかけして申し訳ないです。
アタラシイことをする人。創造な活動をする人。先見をきちんとみている人。”モノ･コト･ヒト･トキ･カチ”にある本質を導き出す人。
共喜。輪廻転生。原点回帰。文化継承。守破離。世界平安。世界革命。グレートルネサンス…
変わる時代に、変わらぬ価値を。そして、激動の時代の変化に、対応できる適応性と柔軟性を。
全ては、『想いの実現』に向けて…
一人十色を体現し、自由無限を実行に移す。五度死んだ経験をし、四回の脳震盪、もう四回のブラックアウトをしても奇跡的に生きています。また、一生で稼げるほどの全財産を亡くし、最愛の人を亡くしたことは、とてつもなく、大きなインパクトの爪痕が残っています。それは、自分にしかできないこと、そして自分が本当にやるべきことを実現させることを伝える唯一の方法だったのかもしれない、と。
もう一度生命を与えてくれた絶対的な存在に感謝し、また、そのご加護をTAIZOが世に与えていける存在となれ、と。”天使”、いや”糊”のような役割を与えられた気がするんです。
20代前半、欧州にて多忙な中で、ふと、毎朝のひとときを日本茶を通して、自分の時間をつくる。そして、日本人のDNAが目覚め、日本の深い文化をもっと知るという想いの境地に行きつきました。元々、習字や硬筆が得意で、その延長で書道も我流で学び、欧州の自然と街が共存する様に惚れて、お花を生けることを身につけてみました。日本語を改めて学び、世界の言語と文化と宗教を学び、そして、それぞれを比べることが楽しくなっていった日を、今でも鮮明に覚えています。
気づけば、地球中の異文化、そして多文化を経験してきて、改めて、ニッポンの本当の美しさ、そして豊さを心底知りました。と、同時に、日本に蔓延る乏しさに、心が震えたのが1番大きなきっかけだったのでしょう。
世界中で女性と子供がイキイキワクワクしている国の豊かさを知り、物を持てば持つほど物欲が増え、食べれば食べるだけ食欲が増えると同じように、知れば知るだけもっと知りたくなり、本物であればあるだけ、もっと本物を、本質を、本気を体感したくなる。そのシンプルで、ストレートで、フリーなマインドが今のTAIZOの湧き出る泉の源となって、世界をプロデュースしてみたい、と自惚れてしまったんです。
プロフェッションは『カラダ』。物理的なカラダ、精神的なカラダ、心理的なカラダ、社会的なカラダ、そして絶対根源の生命的なカラダ。全てはこのカラダから。そして、このカラダが、地球と人間とを転写している様子を伺っています。時間概念は違うものの(数十億年と数百年の寿命…)、全く同じ構造であること。だから、人をよくすることは、地球をよくすること。地球のためにすることは、人のためにすることと同じなんです。
世の中の平安を願い、必ず、実現させていく。
戦があるから平和の概念がある、ただ平和ではなく、平安の概念を、もっと人間が地球にしっかりと根付き、深く心を落ち着ける様を描いていく。
アジアの文化を西洋文化に依存させずに、共存させる。そのリーダーが日本であるべき、そしてそのニッポンの再輝を抜きにして達成し得ない。この、行先は、世界革命！
必ずこの世を良くする。幸せになりたい人が・豊かになりたい人が本当に幸せや豊かを感じれる、そんな環境を目指して。混沌とした世の中で、とことん手がけてみたい。ライフは、人生、生命、そして生き方の想い込めて、『ライフクリエイティブプロデューサー』として動き始めました。感動が溢れる世に、感謝が行き交う世に。そして、永続する喜びに満ち溢れた社会を描くのではなく、実現していく。人事を尽くして天命となる…。
I move people because I have a message to deliver. I create waves because I have a vision to realize. If that has caused trouble around me—my apologies.
But this fire doesn’t let me stay silent. I am drawn to new creation, to seeing ahead, to revealing the essence hidden in things, moments, people, and value. To rekindle culture, to return to origin, to spark a renaissance of spirit and peace. I have died five times, lost consciousness four times, blackened out another four. I’ve lost everything once—money, dreams, even the person I loved most. Maybe those losses were life’s way of saying: “Do only what only you can do.”
I was given life again—twice. So I give thanks to that unseen force, and I now live as something between an “angel” and a quiet “glue” that fills the invisible gaps in this world. In my early twenties in Europe, I discovered the depth of Japanese culture through a single cup of tea each morning. Calligraphy, flowers, language, philosophy— each became a door to knowing the world. And the more I saw the world, the more clearly I saw the forgotten beauty—and quiet emptiness—of Japan. I have lived in nine countries, traveled through ninety, and touched the hearts of people from more than 140 cultures. From them I learned one truth: Where women and children shine, a nation shines.
My profession is KARADA— not only the physical body, but the mental, emotional, social, and life-force body. Humanity and Earth share the same structure; to heal one is to heal the other.
I hope for global peace—not the peace that follows war, but Heian—a deeper, quieter settling of the human spirit. Japan must rise again. Not in imitation of the West, but in coexistence with it. This is not nationalism. This is a world renaissance beginning in Asia’s oldest soul. And so I work as a Life Creative Producer, designing transformation, building environments where people can truly feel happiness, wealth, wonder, and meaning. A world overflowing with awe. A society where gratitude circulates. A future where joy doesn’t fade but continues. I don’t wish to describe it—I intend to realize it. Do everything humanly possible, and let Heaven handle the rest.
イベント – Events
ヒトは何を求め、何をきっかけに生きているのだろうか。人と人が繋がる、文化となる。人が集まる空間や時間を創ることで新しい”何か”が見出せれていくのではないか。人間が本当にすべきこととは。人間ができることで世界を良きにも悪しきにも変えられる。今の人間がしていることは正しいのか。変わりゆく文化を守破離し、骨抜きにされた精神を整え、自分の道を自分で選択し歩む。
What do humans truly seek? What sparks a life into motion? When people meet, culture is born. When we create spaces and moments where souls gather, something new—something essential—emerges. Human beings hold the power to shape the world for better or for worse. But are we living rightly? Are our actions aligned with what humanity should be? To guard and evolve our culture, to restore the spirit that has been hollowed out, to choose our own path with clarity and courage— that is the work of being human.

たった1つの地球。ヒト文化と自然の共存が本当にできているのか…何ができるのか、そして、何をすべきなのか。本質を見極める。本物を追求していく。そして、本物の人々が共に立ち上がり先駆していく。平安の世に、溢れる共喜が永続する。Greater World…Greater Renaissance。Greater Asia。全ては人の為に、世の為に、地球と共に、宇宙の一部として。
One Earth. Yet are we truly living in harmony— human culture and the natural world, side by side? What can we do? What must we do? To see the essence. To pursue what is real. And for real people to rise, lead, and stand together. A world of peace, overflowing with shared joy that endures. Greater World. Greater Renaissance. Greater Asia. All for humanity, for society, for the Earth— as part of the greater universe itself.

～1000年先の日本、そしてアジア、そして、ワールドを考える～
1000年先の日本、そしてアジア、そして、ワールドを考える～ これからの時代に、《Great Renaissance Revolution – グレート・ルネサンス革命》を。
一つの目的に、『日本國民の生活リテラシー、そして精神文化の原点回帰をすることで、長引く低成長から脱却。日本國の輝きを取り戻し、未来への希望と喜び溢れる國へと発展。』をビジョンに掲げ、共に活動していきたいです。
ルネサンスは、14世紀にイタリアで始まった「文化の再生・復興」の文化芸術運動。
当時は、停滞した時代(暗黒時代)…飢饉や疫病の大流行…百年戦争などの戦乱で人口は激減….社会全体が危機的な状況に置かれる中で、人は”死と生”について深く考え、”どう生きるべきか”を強く意識するようになったと言われています。封建社会や神中心の世界観の束縛から、人間性の自由や解放を求め、ヒューマニズムと個性を尊重していくという近代社会の原理を生み出してきました。その手本となったのが、ギリシアやローマの優れた古典文化。
この運動はやがて”大きなうねり”となってヨーロッパ全土(特に西欧)に広がり、より優れた中心的価値観の誕生、大航海時代や宗教改革の動きとともに、中世から近代への移行期(近世)の出発点となり、まさに新しい時代を切り開いていったのですね。
もちろん…時代背景や事象は違えど、これは、まさに現代社会(特に日本)と重なる状況に非常に近しいと感じているのは少数ではないと想います。
パンデミックを始め、絶えない世界的戦争や紛争、環境問題…日本における長期化デフレ、迷走(暴走)する政治、教育不審、メディアプロパガンダ、少子高齢化、深刻ないじめ問題、子供の孤食や待機児童、自殺/過労死、過疎化、人材不足や後継者不足、外資資本による暴走的な中心都市＆地方の破壊、相次ぐ人々や企業の不正など…キリがないです。
明治維新後の度重なる戦争に加担、大東亜戦争、そして高度経済成長を経て、明確な中心的価値観を見失い、魂が抜かれ、骨抜きされた日本(日本人)、いつしか暗いムードに覆われ、長い停滞から抜け出せず、先見の光が全く見えない状況にいます。
もはや、これまでの延長線上で、同じような言動・価値観を繰り返していては修復できない状態にまでなっています。地理上には日本という國はあるものの…
令和という新たな時代を迎えた日本を、再び明るく輝かせたい。これからの時代に生きる人々をより豊かに、喜びを感じさせたい。
50年先…100年先…そして1000年先…子供や孫や続いていく世代、それぞれが誇りを持って生きられる日本を創り上げていきたい。
《グレートルネサンス》は、そんな「輝き・喜び・原点回帰・再復興」の念が込められています。
主観や、感情論、根拠のない意見のみに偏ることではなく、客観的なデータや外部の意見も大いに尊重する。
そして、Globalization・Boderlessの時代だからこそ、世界交流を積極的に図る。世界中の文化・歴史・政治・経済などをディベートできる人財、そして環境を創っていくことも大事です。中にいて日本を語り、外から観た日本を語る。まずは、日本から変わっていく。そして、日本がアジアを先導し、世界は西洋文化に依存しなくても大丈夫だ、と。世界は日本の平安の概念を改めて尊重し、これからの時代に共生していく。
だからこそ、一日本人として、胸を張り、誇りを自負し、そして輝きを持ち続ける。
先人の叡智に学び、隣の人に敬愛を持って。

– Great Renaissance Revolution –
To imagine Japan, Asia, and the world a thousand years from now—we initiate a Great Renaissance Revolution, a rebirth of wisdom, dignity, and cultural clarity. Our vision is simple yet profound: to restore the literacy of life and the spiritual roots of Japan, to break free from decades of stagnation, and reshape this nation into a place of brilliance, hope, and joy. History has seen this before. The Renaissance emerged from darkness—famine, plague, war— when people rediscovered the question of “How should we live?” and sought the freedom and humanity buried beneath dogma. Today, we face our own age of confusion: global conflict, environmental collapse, political paralysis, loneliness, declining birthrates, lost identity, and a culture slowly hollowed out. Japan stands—geographically— yet spiritually unanchored. We cannot continue on the same line of thought, the same culture of neglect. A new epoch must begin. We must envision Japan not only for today, but for 50, 100, and 1000 years ahead. A future where every generation can stand with pride, knowing this country reclaimed its radiance. Great Renaissance carries that intention—rebirth, return to essence, awakening, joy. It is not based on emotion alone, but on perspective, data, global dialogue, and the courage to see Japan from within and from the world outside. In an age of globalization and dissolving borders, Japan must lead Asia— not by imitation, but by embodying the timeless spirit of Heian, a peace that settles deeply into the heart. The world does not need to depend solely on the West. It can learn from Japan’s philosophy of harmony, its culture of refinement, and its sense of peaceful coexistence. As a Japanese, I choose to stand with pride— learning from our ancestors, and honoring those beside us. For Japan. For Asia. For the World. For the next thousand years.
